"Brad was very knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He was able to answer my many questions in a simple manner which was easy for me to understand. I highly recommend him, and his team for all of your real estate needs."
The Wilkins Group Team Leader
Brad was born and raised in Cherokee County. He returned in 1999 to work with his father, Don, at Don L. Wilkins & Associates. Brad was fortunate to be able to work alongside his father for 6 years prior to Don’s passing in 2005. Brad considers this the most crucial time in his professional development, as his father was a respected and detailed Real Estate professional. Brad will tell you without hesitation that he was trained by the best.
In November of 2013, because he wanted all of Cherokee County residents to have the same opportunities that our larger metropolitan areas enjoy, Brad partnered Don L. Wilkins & Associates with RE/MAX and formed RE/MAX Solutions in order to take advantage of the global reputation of RE/MAX and partner with the #1 Real Estate sales force in the world. RE/MAX’s power, brand, and technology have been an asset to the citizens of Cherokee County.
Outside of Real Estate, Brad is active in civic leadership of Cherokee County. He is a member of the Cherokee County Community Foundation, where he served from 2008 until 2015 and was chairperson from 2012-2013. He has also served as Chairman for KNOW(2), an educational initiative to raise the level of education for all in Cherokee County.
In 2018, Brad transitioned from working directly with buyers and sellers, to team leader of The Wilkins Group. The transition has been fantastic due to the quality of Beth, Jordan, and Davis. This has given Brad the freedom to work on all the transactions in the office instead of just his buyers and sellers. The three guys are able to add input and advice to all parts of the transaction any time there are questions. This in turn provides superior service to all of our clients. And in the end, we want you to have the most efficient, professional transaction possible.
Brad has been happily married to his wife, Roxanne, since 2004. They have two children, Bradon and Ansley. (Who Brad and Roxanne think are pretty amazing!) Brad enjoys helping with his childrens' classes at Grassy Pond Baptist Church, running and playing golf with Bradon, and cheering Ansley during her cheer competitions. Brad loves the opportunity to travel to experience different areas of the western United States. His dream trip is to explore Alaska with no timetable for return.
